This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our websites (interlace.systems, woven.wtf, soundscape.one) or use any of our Services.

2.3 Blockchain Data

  • Public blockchain transaction data associated with your wallet address
  • NFT ownership and transfer records
  • Token balances and staking/governance participation data

Important: Blockchain data is inherently public and immutable. We cannot delete on-chain data. This includes records governed by the Deflationary Gap Law and SovereignBridge protocol.

  • Process transactions and send related information (confirmations, receipts)
  • Create and manage your account and identity across our platforms
  • Facilitate governance participation (conviction-weighted voting)
  • Calculate and distribute revenue shares to artists and creators via BigInt precision arithmetic
  • Enforce our Sovereign Fee ladder and economic protocols
  • Send administrative messages, updates, security alerts, and support communications
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and platform performance

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (Stripe for payment processing, Vercel for hosting, Dynamic.xyz for wallet infrastructure)
  • Blockchain Networks: Transaction data is broadcast to public blockchain networks (Solana, Base) as required for protocol functionality
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental regulation
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets
  • With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
  • Community Features: Information you make public through community features, governance votes, or public profiles

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

On-chain blockchain data is permanent and cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of distributed ledgers. This includes NFT ownership records, token transfer histories, and governance participation data recorded on Solana and Base networks.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3)
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data
  • Access controls and role-based permissions
  • Regular security assessments
  • Idempotent webhook processing to prevent duplicate transactions

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
